No Guarantees or Promises of Results

Ezi Scale LLC does not guarantee:

  • Revenue increases
  • Business performance improvements
  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Profitability
  • Accuracy or outcomes from AI-generated content or automation

All business outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.

AI & Automation Disclaimer

Our Services may include artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation logic, or third-party tools. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent
  • Automation systems may fail, misfire, or require adjustment
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving outputs before use

Ezi Scale LLC is not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from AI or automation use.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Review deliverables before deployment
  • Maintain backups of your data
  • Use Services in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not rely solely on AI or automation for critical decisions

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Ezi Scale LLC retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, processes, templates, code structures, automation logic, and internal systems
  • You retain ownership of your provided content and data
  • Final deliverables may be licensed to you for business use, not resale or redistribution

Third-Party Services

We may integrate or rely on third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, analytics tools, AI services). Ezi Scale LLC:

  • Does not control third-party services
  • Is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third-party tools
  • Makes no warranties regarding third-party performance

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ezi Scale LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost revenue
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to Ezi Scale LLC for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
